The American Corner Nablus held a digital video conference with students of Al Azhar Unveristy's American Corner Gaza on Wednesday, April 17^th in the New Campus Library. Students from both An Najah and Al Azhar Univeristy who are primarily majoring in English attended and the whole discussion was hosted in English.

The vast majority of the students at An Najah had never spoken with or met anyone from Gaza and the same went for the students from Gaza owho had also never spoken or met people from the West Bank. The discussion proved to be lively and tackled such important subject matters as checkpoints in the West Bank and the barrier wall, educational and financial differences, electricity problems in Gaza, and differences in the two universities.

The overarching sentiment of the discussion was the feeling that whether you're from Gaza or the West Bank, all Palestinians are under occupation and of the same people. Unity and further dialogue is crucial to Palestine's future.

At the conclusion of the discussion both parties agreed to hold another conference to explore many more subjects that were not covered.
