Founded by the Scientific Foundation of Hisham Hijjawi and An-Najah National University with contributions of Palestinians, Arab & International Organizations, and the Federal Republic of Germany, the College is a centre of excellence in Palestine; where young men and women are trained to become qualified technicians in technical engineering fields, serving the industry and participating in developing a productive society.

The College has an outstanding modern campus with well planned facilities, and contains state of the art training equipment and teaching tools. Our highly qualified teachers and professional instructors, who have long hands on industry experience and are at the forefront of their subject areas, together with newly developed innovative practice-based curriculum, provide unique training, linked to the market needs and satisfying the industry requirements.
