The HE Higher Education Ranking measures specific aspects of the operation of higher education institutions, including access to sustainable education, justice and equality in the educational process, quality assurance and accreditation, digital access, future vision, and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and 2023 Vision. The University has achieved a remarkable milestone by surpassing all Palestinian and Arab universities and securing a place among the top five universities globally in the HE Higher Education Ranking 2023 Edition. This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the University's unwavering commitment to academic excellence and its position as a world-class institution.

Only 146 universities worldwide were eligible to participate in the ranking, representing 71 countries. This achievement is a testament to the University's commitment to global excellence, as well as its dedication to implementing sustainable development priorities in accordance with its comprehensive strategic plan.
