Council of Deans is an important agency for the Deans to assist communication and collaboration across the University. The Council includes the University's President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Administration Affairs, University President Assistant for Planning and Development, University's President Assistant for IT Affairs, Assistant of Vice President for Academic Affairs, Coordinator of the Scientific Centers and all academic Deans. Their roles and names are listed below.
The Council meets regularly to discuss academic issues and initiatives in each college, and to consider topics submitted to it by the other University officials, committees or faculties. The Council serves primarily as a forum for the Deans to discuss and evaluate important issues facing the University and to provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to the President on these issues and other academic matters.
