The College of Arts, established in 1977, is one of the first colleges at An-Najah National University.

The College started with a small number of full-time Faculty members and students. It also only had a few limited facilities and resources. However, in a short period of time, the College has been able to increase the number of academic staff, in terms of quantity and quality, as a result of the urgent needs of the Local Community.

Over recent years, the Faculty has proudly and successfully developed its academic programmes and administrative apparatuses to meet such urgent needs. It is now home to a large burgeoning student body where its diversified programmes, both Undergraduate and Graduate, are sought by a considerable number of students. These programmes secure good working opportunities for students after graduation.
