Drop/Add Courses:

• A student may add and drop courses within the first week of a regular semester, and during the first three days of a summer semester. A student will not receive “W” grade on his/her transcript for dropped courses.
• Taking into consideration the aforementioned conditions, a student may drop a course during the first four weeks of a regular semester and during the first two weeks of a summer semester.  In such case, the student will receive a “W” grade on his/her transcript for dropped courses. A student may not drop a course after the deadline.
• If a student drops a course before the deadline, he/she will receive tuition refund. Otherwise; there will be no tuition refund.
• A student who drops all courses in any given semester will be considered to have withdrawn from the university for that semester. If this happens after the first week, a student will not receive tuition refund.
