On Thursday, May, 28^th , Mr. Volker Bode, Deputy Country Director of GIZ, as well as Ms. Sabine Brickenkamp, the Deputy Head of Development Cooperation from the German Representative Office in Ramallah visited An-Najah’s Media Center to discuss possible means of cooperation.

The delegation met with the International Relations Office as well as the Head of the Media Center, Dr. Abdelkarim Sarhan who commended the German Government’s invaluable support and briefed them on the Center’s achievements over the past few years. He mentioned that the Center is still in need of further training and academic assistance.

Following the meeting, the delegations were given a tour of the Center where they observed the rehearsals for one of the upcoming TV programmes. The delegation expressed their fascination with the facilities of the Center and praised the effort of the staff, including the CIM integrated expert at An-Najah, Ms. Manuela Romer, for providing professional training to the media students.
