On Wednesday, May 11^th, 2015, An-Najah and Springer along with the Kuwaiti Society for Student Support and Al-Zaytoonah Association organized a training workshop on Springer data base (e-books and e-journals). The workshop was held at the conference room at the old campus library.

Mr. Asda' Kitana, Springer Middle East General Manager introduced the techniques of e-books and their scientific values in teaching where he talked about the thousand institutions and universities that use them. He also talked about scientific publications and Springer's periodicals as well as the impact factor of each periodical.

In turn, Mr. Hani Jaber, An-Najah's Library Director welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of academic cooperation between the representatives in supporting e-sources and data base training.
