On Sunday, May 3rd, the American Corner Nablus at An-Najah hosted Ms. Karen Bauer, the Regional Education Advisor at EducationUSA for a workshop on studying in the United States. 

Ms. Sana Tayem, EducationUSA Academic Advisor for the West Bank spoke of the different academic opportunities in the United States and explained the requirements, the application process, the different scholarships and online resources for people to continue their research into studying in the U.S.

Ms. Mareen Marroum, Academic Affairs Specialist at the U. S. Consulate in Jerusalem, discussed the different U.S. Consulate programs and the most important things to keep in mind when applying.
