They were accompanied by the steering committee of the project that aims to link Computer Information System (CIS) courses to private sector companies.

Mr. Qasis’s report provided a number of recommendations, the most important of which was to focus on integrating modern teaching methods into courses, to enrich the educational process for the students. He noted the necessity to incorporate work skills, such as presentation and report writing, in addition to integrating marketing and business administration skills, within the courses. He also recommended business leaders from the private sector were engaged in feeding into the educational process.

The outcomes of Mr. Qasis’s study will be the corner stone for the development of the CIS courses in An-Najah.
