The centers for excellence teaching An-Najah University and Bethlehem University seek abstracts for presentations on excellent models in teaching and learning from across disciplines. The conference aims at bringing together academics and researchers from various disciplines to share their research on innovative teaching and learning models in higher education, and to discuss the challenges encountered during the implementation of these models and the recommendations made to overcome the challenges.
Conference main themes:
Academics, researchers and educational leaders (individuals or in teams) are invited to submit proposals on any of the following areas:
- Assessment for and of learning
- Supporting new faculty teaching and learning practices
- Innovative partnerships with the community to improve learning
- Professional development in higher education
- Progressive leadership
- Strategies for enhancing learner involvement in the learning and teaching processes
- E-learning and blended learning applications

Submission type:
We welcome submissions in any of these formats:
- Formal presentations: a 20 minute presentation followed by 10 minutes of discussion of the research work.
- Interactive sessions: a short presentation followed by an interactive session or workshop The total time for this type is between 75-90 minutes.
- Symposium: a 90 minute group presentation on a specific theme or experience.
- Posters and videos.
